Axis & Allies is a popular series of World War II strategy board games. In this edition Italian and French armed forces are included. The players playing the Axis powers team up against those of the Allied powers in an attempt to conquer key territories, represented by regions on the map board. Also featured is an extra large gameboard for added gameplay, which can be combined with Axis and Allies Europe 1940 second edition for gaming of epic proportion.
