In CHAINsomnia, sleeping children become trapped in the castle of the demon Akuma and must work with others to escape. Players explore the castle in hopes to escape all while finding useful items, encountering a variety of events, and challenging bad dreams all to break free!

Each player will select one of 6 unique characters with their own special powers to navigate the castle. All characters start on the central tile, with the “wake up” tile being placed at the bottom of the room tile deck. As a fully cooperative game, a game where all players work together against the game, all players either win or lose together! As you explore the castle, players flip over tiles to create the rooms and populate them with items and events. If one player makes it to the “wake up” tile with all bad dreams vanquished, then the players win!
