The Tyrannosaurus Rex walked the Earth during the late Cretaceous Period, around 65 million years ago. Surprisingly, T.Rex were fully covered in feathers for camouflage and warmth.

Scientists discovered that the T.Rex’s feathers grew along the animal’s head and tail into adulthood. T.Rex’s skin was the same texture as an alligator but the colour is unknown.
