Steve Skelton

American illustrator and cartoonist Steve Skelton began drawing caricatures at the age of 16. After graduating from the University of Kansas,
Steve worked for Hallmark Cards for five years. As a freelance artist, Steve specializes in quirky and funny motifs and has worked for well-known brands such as Hasbro, Fisher-Price, Levi Strauss and McDonalds. In his pictures, he depicts a wide variety of themes
that can be taken directly from everyday life or from distant fantasy worlds. Sometimes he depicts somewhat chaotic scenes that contain a wealth of details, caricatures and even individual stories and, taken as a whole,
form an impressive work of art. Steve’s colorful creations not only appeal to children, but also have an impact on adults, as they appeal to the child in all of us.
