Wind-up seal novelty toy. Twist the clockwork mechanism and then place the seal down on a flat surface to be treated to an array of tricks. It flicks its flippers on the spot, gives a little flutter and then dives down, appearing to nudge its ball around in a circle before staring the pattern all over again.
