Victor is the manager of the Sodor Steam Works where he scurries all over the place, finding parts, delivering, collecting and supervising.

He has a heart of gold, has a good sense of humour and is a respected manager who doesn’t suffer fools – especially the Diesels. Victor is a kindly and helpful Cuban narrow gauge tank engine who works at the Sodor Steamworks with Kevin.
