Simply write or draw the trouble or worry and feed them into the zip mouth of the Worry Eater. Of course this doesn't solve problems straight away, but it's a first step and you can be sure it will provide an immense feeling of relief. When Mum or Dad find the worry then it's a great opportunity to sit down and gently talk about the problem. Bill is part of a worry eating double act, along with his sister Betti.
