Earn tokens on any purchase made at Toy Street. You can even earn tokens on special offers, sales and other promotions.
To spend your tokens click 'Spend Tokens' at the checkout and apply your tokens there. tokens cannot be used alongside any coupon or discount codes.
4000 tokens are equivalent to £1.00.
tokens are only available to spend on goods. You will still have to pay usual shipping costs.
Removing a Tokens coupon from checkout will temporarily remove the tokens from your account. Don’t worry, they should appear back in your account almost instantly, just give the page a refresh!
If your tokens have not reappeared in your account after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
Everyone with a Toy Street account automatically qualifies for our Tokens Scheme!
You can log in to your account area and view your point balance as well as your point history.
Any tokens spent on an order which is returned will be reimbursed. However, any tokens earned on a return will be rescinded. Please allow 7 working days for our website to process these adjustments.
These Terms and Conditions form a contract between Toy Street and you, the 'Account Holder', in relation to how Tokens are earned and spent.
- Any participation in the Tokens system is considered acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to alter or withdraw Tokens at any time without notice.
- Tokens have no monetary value.
- Your Toy Street Account may be terminated at any time if we feel that there is misuse of the system.
- Any tokens spent on an order which is then returned will be reimbursed.
- Any tokens earned on an order which is then returned will be rescinded.
- Tokens are awarded or earned on any purchases made at www.toy-street.co.uk.
- Tokens cannot be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Tokens scheme.
- Account holders will receive tokens on qualifying purchases calculated at a rate of 100 tokens per £1.00 spent.
- Toy Street reserves the right to vary the rate at which tokens are earned including special offers and other promotions.
- Products may be excluded from the scheme at our discretion.
- Tokens are displayed on your Victory account as soon as payment has been received.
- Tokens can only be used as part payment towards a product online; tokens can still be earned on the money part value of that order.
- Tokens cannot be used alongside any coupon or discount codes.
- Toy Street will notify account holders of any changes online at www.toy-street.co.uk.
- You cannot earn tokens when purchasing a gift card. Tokens can be earned when redeeming a gift card.
- We reserve the right to add limits to other activities which do not directly involve purchases but still earn tokens (e.g. tokens earned through referrals, reviews).
- There is a cap on the number of Tokens you are able to spend per order of £7.50 (30000 tokens).
- Tokens can only be used on baskets with a minimum value of £25.00.
